3. What is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

4. Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

5. Warranty Process

Once we receive your warranty claim and the defective product, our quality control team will inspect it. If the defect is covered under our warranty, we will either repair or replace the product at no additional cost to you. We will then ship the repaired or replacement product back to you.

6. Limitations

This warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by Nexos Auto Parts and supersedes any other warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

7. Warranty Transfer

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
