Our Returns & Refunds Policy
At Nexos Auto Parts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.
1. Return Period
You may return most unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.
2. Eligible Items
The following items are eligible for return:
- Unused and undamaged products in original packaging
- Products that do not match the description or have manufacturing defects
- Wrong items shipped by us
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged items
- Items without original packaging
- Custom or special-order items
- Items that have been modified or altered
- Electrical components that have been installed
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include all original accessories, manuals, and documentation
- Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
5. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging to help us process your claim more quickly.
7. Wrong Items
If we ship you the wrong item, please contact our customer support team. We will send you the correct item and arrange for the return of the wrong item at our expense.
8. Refund Timeframe
The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 3-10 business days
- PayPal: 1-5 business days
- Bank Transfer: 5-15 business days
